Yep, you do have to do some removal of some interior parts, trimming of the gutter rail, drill a couple holes, replace some double sided tape, work around airbags ... and so on. see this thread for more details...

Got the second rail on ... it was too dark last night when I finished, so pics today.

Started putting the roof rails on .... one side at a time. Had difficulty with how the bolts aligned on the inside of the cab. there are 2 layers of metal ... had to find a way to make the access hole bigger with one of the front bolts. So, long project longer, I'll do the other side another...

Roof rails came today via AliExpress...

I went with Nankang AT-5 CONQUEROR A/T (actually got them at Discount Tire Direct, but could not find link). had them studded. I have always used Studded tires in Colorado since the snow packs quickly to ice. Only had them on a short while last year. will be putting them on again soon and...

got the replacement driver side slider on ... doesn't look any different ... probably going to just bend the pinch weld. But I'll send them a note first. They had asked for measurements, but with all the angles i'm not sure where to measure. I ended up measuring the "inside" side of the bars...
