Getting this message on new 2020 with 2000 miles from Ford Pass. Just back from a trip. Truck has sat for two days. Battery voltage sitting at 12.45 volts.

Just put on a battery maintainer for the night. Anyone had this issue on less than 14 day sittings? Maybe a bad battery?

Mine sits 4 to 5 days in a row and I haven't seen it but it's only at 800 miles. Makes sense that it would turn of the cell radio if the battery starts to get low but 2 days seems quick.

Do you leave anything plugged into your ODB-II port?
I had for a while and found it was drawing current when the truck was off and received some of those messages. Even encountered a couple of dead battery situations before realizing my device was causing it.

Nothing plugged in. Will need to keep an eye on it. Wonder if ford pass will drain it much when it queries it.

I had this notification at about 500km from new with regular daily driving. The dealer checked the battery, and it was fine. They replaced the modem module and I haven’t had it since.

I retract my previous statement. At 2000km now. Just did it again. It was driven for 2h today, seemed just fine. Nothing plugged in, etc. Will ask the dealer to try again.

I just got the same message four days ago for the first time. My truck is 14 months old with 8,000 miles. It has been sitting idle more than usual lately, but battery seems okay.

had my battery tested at interstate and orielys both say it tests good 12 + volts engine off and 14+ running no other indications of a problem starts fine etc. i did get a cig. lighter (yea im that old) ? voltmeter that ill use now and then to see if anything pops up. maybe it is just a ford pass problem and not a truck problem who kmows?
