You'd think it would show your the locked status of the vehicle...I know you can always just hit lock on the app if you don't remember if you locked it or not but some visual aid would let you know right awayThat single feature would make the app worthwhile. So, don't get your hopes up.
I think I remember my son telling me on a Tesla he had that when he brought it home from the dealer his battery range was the same as the extended batter range (which he didn't purchase), and after the first pushed update his battery range was down to what it was rated on the sticker.

So it makes me think a lot of electronic capabilities are in a lot of vehicles (cheaper to mass produce and quicker assembly (no custom build sheets), and services will be activated via an app.
So Holiday Splash screens (which Tesla does) are all pushed - along with who knows what - or worse yet - Who knows what data they are gathering and tracking.
