So the desulfator hasn't arrived yet, but I've kept the Ranger on the Battery Tender Jr. I also drove it around 30 miles on the highway today. Here are the readings after getting home.

I guess the short trips around town a few times each week are tough on the battery and just keeping it on the charger is all that's needed. The ASS and remote starting haven't been a problem since I started doing that.
Generally speaking short trips can be tough on a battery. You pull a lot of amps on a single start and a short trip usually isn't enough to put those amps back in a battery. If you're lucky you can revive the battery. That said don't be surprised if you need to replace it in the very near future

I was having similar issues with the ford pass app and it saying it was almost constantly in battery saver mode. After reading a lot about battery desulfating I bought an onboad desulfator. It sends a high frequency pulse into the battery as long as the engine is running. Just connects with a couple of ring terminals. After about a week of driving, no more battery saver mode in the app. It corrected the problem.
