Yeah I ordered mine Memorial Day and still haven’t heard a peep from AFE. No shipping updates or anything.

All I can hope is that they adjusted the design slightly to accommodate a better fit, especially with an aftermarket BOV.

But that is wishful thinking.

I had ordered mine a few weeks back as well and just got a shipping confirmation yesterday after reaching back out to stage3. Should be here Monday.

Keep us posted on how they fit etc.
Hoping maybe a concern or 2 have been addressed.

Any updates on if they adjusted the fitment or was it just in high demand and they ran short on stock?

I still have my old kit that had the BOV hole placement issue and they are sending out a new kit so when I get it in, I can do a side by side before I send the old one back.

Charge pipes are next on my list... Just wish I had more to choose from than 1 manufacturer. The aftermarket for these Rangers so far has been pretty disappointing from a performance standpoint. I got spoiled with all the options I had for my Focus ST

My replacement kit is being made. I was told that it'll be shipped up by June 26th. It's been over a month since I contacted them about this issue so either they made changes and wanted to make sure a revised version was sent out or because of COVID, they are just super behind with manufacturing. I still won't be sending my old kit back until I get the new one so I will still be able to compare.

Just finished the install on mine. Initial impressions after a 10 minute drive are great, turbo noise definitely increased, feels like the turbo spools a little earlier. Seems like there might be a bit of a power increase down low, but I think this largely is a drivability upgrade.

Hot side install was a breeze, cold side was a bitch. Like others have stated I had to use the factory clamps and aside from that just getting the damn tube to fit was a chore, there is very little wiggle room. In terms of blow off valve figment I can’t really comment, I have the factory recirculation valve but where it mounts does still feel oversized for no reason.

aFe emailed me this week saying they will ship by the 26th (“expected”) but who knows.
I have a feeling they did not make any fitment changes, just my luck and they are unresponsive to my emails.

I agree, wish another company made these pipes.....

For those having issues with blow off valve placement somewhere they changed something. I noticed earlier threads posted of the valves they were rotated differently they what I had to rotate mine to. Stock charge pipes and afes my turbo smart dual port had to be rotated if you look at CJ pony parts install video his is positioned like mine is and that’s the only way the holes lined up. I’m guessing turbo smart changed design makes sense this way the wire doesn’t have to be bent all crazy. Im gonna start a build thread soon so I’ll have pics of how it’s rotated I’m fbo at this point got green filter drop in afe charge pipes turbo smart dual port afe rebel cat back afe catless down pipe and livernois tune Truck dips out.

So you are saying the newer aFe charge pipes have slightly adjusted to compensate the taller turbo smart BOV so its not hitting the hood liner?
And if that is correct I’m assuming they have corrected the clamps as well? I’m doing a lot of wishful thinking.....

unfortunately i don’t think it’s afe that has addressed anything. The turbo smart valve had to be rotated a different direction even on stock piping that’s why I believe it’s turbo smart that changed the design somewhere. I Have noticed that there is no indentation in my hood liner and no signs of contact on valve so Mabye that was a reason Idk only thing different I see was the wire that connects to the valve doesn’t have to be zip tied. And yea couldn’t get there clamps to go over the cold side no matter how hard I tried just to small so I reused factory clamps. That would be my only complaint on the charge pipes the other sides clamps went on nice.
