• No fluids of any kind on the ground; I don't care how careful you are, with a job like this there are copious spills.
• No tools or tool box visible.
• Brand new virgin 4X4s?
• Neither jack stand is in contact with the car
• The transmission looks like it's Photo Shopped in, possibly covering up what is really holding the car up

Look at the rim of the sink, it's a double sink with pans on top. Photoshop for sure.
I have heard dishwashers are good for cleaning cars parts. Haven't done it. Yet.
I have baked high temp paint onto parts in the oven.
