Bandsaws do work nicely. I have a horizontal metal bandsaw that converts to verticle which I made a table for doing handwork. Best thing I ever got for metal was a smal plasma cutter. Torches have been sitting idle ever since! I've got the yellows and a green but the reds are lost somewhere.

Sounds like the reds and green for some have a home with the 10mm socket and or 10mm wrench.

Does the left snip in your right hand cut left or right, and visa versa ?

Left- and right-hand snips are for cutting out holes in sheet metal, depending on which direction you are cutting.

Ahhhhh...yes...but if you have a right hand cut snip, but you have to cut a left handed hole, what can you do ?
Obviously, you put the right handed snip in your left hand, thus you can now cut a left handed hole !!!

left hand holes are only in the southern hemisphere though
not much use in the northern hemisphere

Oh my... the best part is, he is serious about his mod! ...and believes the air box will shield the new opening from an engine bay full of heated air... that is sitting on the inner fender and closing off the majority of his big new hole... Now really, he wants to hear a turbo whoosh from a tiny 2.3L, this guy is really desperate is all I can say. Maybe he has Cummins envy? Well, at least this was an amusing distraction!

carbon fiber is so expensive so this is just as good anyway
