if it was me....and my time is money to me, I'd find a local body shop willing to color match the handle you got and just move on with life.
The handle doesn't match. Its a textured handle; the others are glossy. In fact saw an STX with the exact handle today.

My 2019 STX outside door handles are flat black but they are not textured.
In fact they appear to be solid black plastic which would have to be primed and painted to color match another trim level.

Update: Took it to Bob Moore Ford in Oklahoma City this morning and they opened a warranty claim with Ford.

Ford's response was that it is indeed a manufacturing error, but it will not be covered under warranty. The receiving dealer should have noted it, and is therefore responsible. Yesterday I was told by the selling dealer that they would pay the dealer down here if need be, however they balked at that today. Bob Moore quoted $600 (new handle, paint, install). Stuteville Ford in Atoka (2.5 hrs away each way) says they can get parts and paint for $215 and general manager is unwilling to pay the difference (essentially they don't want to pay labor).

Ended up calling Ford customer service, and they advised to just take it back to the selling dealer.

Anyway, I now have an unscheduled road trip back.
Shitty all around, on both Ford's part and the dealer.

Out of curiosity, when was your build date? As someone with a near identical Tremor on the way this is not giving me warm fuzzies on the quality of the truck...

I looked at a few new F150's on the lot yesterday and quality control has gotten bad. New off the truck with wrap still on interior. The doors didn't remotely have even gaps nor did the bed line up with the cab. Looked at the other 2 new f150's and the beds were aligned correctly, but the doors were not aligned. All were 60k plus xlt's.

I wish the price would have identified as an XLT!
That is why I jumped on the XLT as it rolled off the transport truck. Got it for the same price as my ordered Maverick. Lariats were a bit too much for the budget I set myself.

If it were me I'd consider that, but he won't have intelligent access at that door. Believe it or not I use the intelligent access at the rear doors quite a bit.

The rear doors don’t have Intelligent Access anymore. It’s one of the deleted items.

Back in the 70's I worked for a shop that did service work at a Ford Dealership I knew one of the mechanics very well. One day he called me over & showed me the exact same issue with a new LTD. Must have been a thing back in the ( Good Ole Days). Daves not home man.
Here's another one:
Black on Black '78 Lincoln Town Car which was given as a gift by the dealership to the CEO of a local bank which handled in house financing.
Said Lincoln had an odd noise from the left side of it, when you accelerated there would be a rolling sound which stopped with a distinct "cluck" noise. Decelerate and the same thing would happen...
Took the shop foreman for a ride and in less than a block away he knew what the problem was...
Someone tossed a marble into the car's left rocker panel just prior to the rockers components being welded together.
Wally (the foreman) said the same thing happened to him on an early '60's Comet...he was a walking wealth of knowledge and the main catalyst for me leaving the dealership and becoming a Firefighter.
To this very day I am forever grateful to that great Man...

I can't think of a single team leader/lead hand/QC Dept. personnel that I knew in the last 25 years who would intentionally let anything like that pass their station and not flag it for repair. Certainly there was the odd asshole on the line who might try to sneak something through on occasion, but the GM Oshawa Assembly had an excellent reputation for initial build quality and would problem solve the shit outta mistakes like this.
