Absolutely! I might go for the Lariat though because I REALLY love the adaptive cruise control in my wife's Edge and would have liked it in my Ranger, but the truck itself is flawless and definitely a repeat purchase would be in order.
Technology package on the XLT gives you adaptive cruise. ?

After having it for a few months, yes I absolutely would. It's the nicest looking midsized truck in my opinion. And I can't afford an F150 done up the way I want as it would be close to 70k Canadian, and the Ranger was 46k.

If I ever do buy another Ranger I'll have to get the FX4 package though. I'm still salty I couldn't find a Lariat model with one equipped the way I wanted.

Yup, and if they Dont come out with the Maverick soon, I’ll be buying a second Ranger ..
They must be really far behind on it. You'd think they would've had something ready to announce close to Hyundai to show there'd be another choice coming soon.

I'd heard the Maverick would be out this year, but now I'm reading estimates that it won't be ready till next year.

New owner here with 2019 highly optioned XLT 4x4 Crew cab Sport. Excited about my turbo truck. Really stepped outside my comfort zone coming from my tried and true full size Chevy Avalanche of nearly 15 years of pure bliss reliability. Taking a leap of faith with the EcoBoost that has been in the Mustang since 2015 that this little gem will work out for me for the next 15 years, hopefully. How I got excited about the Eco is test driving a new mustang.
I test drove all the midsized pu's (Ridegeline, Frontier, Taco, Colorado) and only came away with a smile from the ZIPPY go fast ford! It has all and I mean all one could ask for safety features and love those push button electric folding mirrors! Only wish for Leather seats but was not going to pay up another $4K for them with the Lariat package when I had all those features already + less the FX4 package which I don't care about.

Those owners now. - Would you buy again given the chance to unring the bell?
I HAVE bought this truck again!! Had a 2019 XLT crew cab, traded it in on a 2021 Lariat extended cab. Love 'em both!

Technically I already did. My first Ranger was purchased in 1988.

Yup, me too... when I was young & single.... took my hard-earned $$$ and bought a brand-new 1995 model to cruise around in.
