Worried about CAT theft? No worries

Hello all,

Times are rough. As you all know a month ago a Chevy Suburban was stolen from my street. This morning at 4:20am, my truck got a peek underneath, then ran ahead and stole a cat from a Honda Element. FX4 skid plate hides the CAT and the CAT is connected to the turbo from what I’ve heard. Super hard to get to. I don’t even live in a dangerous neighborhood either, we have had a total of 5 crimes in our area in the last two decades. 2 of the 5 last two months. People are getting bold.

That extension ladder must be made out of wood. otherwise anywhere else on earth it wud already be over at the recycle center stacked up next to the man hole covers...

I 100% agree. Willing to let go of something I won't be needing if asked but these thief losers definitely deserve the worst.

That is very true, a Jeep pulled away from the corner of darkness after this person ran away from our neighborhood. More than likely a watch out for the person and pick them up down the road after.

No emissions inspections here in my part of NC…if my cat gets stolen I guess it’s just a good time for a O2 MIL eliminator and catless DP. Lol

True, I think most fentanyl users will more than likely try to find an easier target. Heck, they don't even wanna find a job, let alone release a skid plate and see it's deep within? Way out of the resume.

It would take a lot of extension ladders to equal the value of a catalytic converter in regards to the metals they are taking them for. Not worth the time to steal it for scrap.
