ford.com had a july 4th sale(seems like they have sales all year!) 20% off parts&accesories, I got an air filter, 2 cabin air filters, all weather floor mats and motorcraft wipers. I built up some fordpass points for future free stuff:sunglasses:

btw why did ford make the Ranger wiper blades in such odd ball size. Try finding those sizes in an autozone parts store.............its hard to find. I just ordered some motorcraft ones from ford.com

On my 2020 I replaced the OEM with Motorcraft after a little over a year. Same life for the replacements. Found on Amazon you can just buy the rubber insert at a fraction of the cost. Have been doing that and getting the same life/performance.

Avoid RainX wipers at all cost !
Total garbage after 8k miles.
And I live in South Texas where rain doesn't happen every day, or every week, or every month.
I was very disappointed in the RainX as well. The passenger side streaked from day one, and the driver's side started streaking at just under a year. And as mentioned, they are very bulky.
I replaced them with Splash brand from Rock Auto in January. Working great so far.

Got my 2021 Ranger in June, 2021, new....still have the OE blades on it, and their still good. Granted, Truck is garaged, and I do clean the blades several times a year....don't know which way I'll go when I do need new....
This!! Wiper blades last a lot longer if you wash and clean them. I'm still on my OG blades as well.

Have you ever tried the elite ones? Trico’s Silicone ceramic? Or do you have a opinion about those? Thanks!
I’ve used those in the past on other vehicles. Very solid product.

I wash and clean my wipers every two weeks however some of us do not have a choice…. We have to leave our car sitting in the sun every day. I know the rubber wipers do not like that……..

Contrary to some of the prior posts, for the past few years RainX habeen my go to. I’ve had nothing but great service out of them.

Now, I clean wiper blades every time I clean the windshield. And while I may not wash my truck often, I clean the windshield regularly. So maybe that’s why I like RainX better than some of the other guys here.

YMMV

My 2022 has the original wipers and they are still working great. Bought it as a 17 month left over in Phoenix. It sat out side for that time and garaged since. Never had any wipers last a full year except OEM, so when they finally need replacement, I will go to the local Ford dealer and go OEM.

Glad they work for you. But when they streak right out of the package, they lose a customer.

Cadillac, back in the late 80's , had a MAJOR issue with wiper blades and streaks/chatter, we put on blades constantly (under warranty), after a year of this Cadillac pushed back and actually had a TSB to use a good cleaner first and they provided this product below which I don't think existed before (bon ami did but not a gm version) it did work pretty good iirc...

I use Bosch Icon blades on all of my vehicles. They last 2 - 3 years. Of course, I don't live where there is snow and ice.
(40) years ago I worked for a Bosch Warehouse Distributor in the Upper Midwest where snow, ice and torrential rains challenge wipers. I started purchasing the higher end Bosch wiper blades blades and I have always been pleased with them.

Not so with the Bosch 26A16A Icon blades I purchased for my '21 Ranger.

The driver's side performs fine, the passenger side sucks. I poked around for reviews and found that other Ranger owners have had the same problem 😠
