The guy sounds like an idiot. First, he spent $115k (CAD) on an EV truck. Then is surprised he needs a charger. A little planning would have prevented his problems with charging while traveling. He should have done 5 minutes of research before jumping on the hype of an EV truck.
Imagine some idiot buying a new ICE, and then complain that they have to put gas in it.

I read this as him not doing any research. I mean, thinking you could drive through hundreds of miles of no-mans land in an full EV? I think he got what he deserved.

Not understanding that his employer needs a charging station? Again, his own fault.

Needing to upgrade his panel? Same thing.

It's a slide show, click on the arrow for the next image and more to the story.
Actually, the link starts with 5 of 5, so go back a few clicks to the beginning.

"Auto companies are becoming increasingly aware of these challenges. Ford has acknowledged the gaps in EV infrastructure and is committed to improving public charging access.

Ford’s parent company, General Motors, is also on track, collaborating with Tesla’s charging infrastructure. As more manufacturers recognize these challenges, a comprehensive and efficient EV charging system may soon be on the horizon."
Is that all to the story?

You have to scroll through the images. It started on image 5 for me. The story is told through the image captions.

Sometimes I wonder if I am the only one who misses simple text pages that did not require multiple clicks to get a simple story.
