  3. I think I'm cooked

I had a nearly identical issue. It was the cheap EGR valve I used to replace mine. It created a short and every sensor on that 12v bus stopped working. It was a variety of messages on the dash. Unplug your new sensor and see what happens.
  4. Anyone have any real world experience with this?

This is the one I have and it works great. A++++ would buy again (if I needed more than one).

Where the membrane was not taped to the door. It's not tape like a roll of tape, it's like silly putty that goes between the grey door membrane and the metal of the door.
  6. Wet pad near drivers door

OK here are some pics. In the photo above, you see where water is supposed to drain out of the door when it is properly sealed. It was instead dribbling very slowly out of this area which is inside the sealed cabin area. When i pulled the door panel off, I saw this membrane was separated...
  7. Wet pad near drivers door

Update for you guys, thanks to ChatGPT troubleshooting. It was dripping very, very slowly. I ordered some...

I did mine Saturday night, was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was. I purchased the $40 one on Amazon that does not have the hoses already attached and a $10 variety pack of worm gear clamps. Took under an hour start to finish, including getting tools out, doing some engine bay recon...
