The loose connection I found is the plug on the differential.

So the 6-Cavity C421 connector ?

I assume so. It's the two wire plug in the top side of the differential, where the speed sensor wires split.

C421 is farther up the harness from the Wheel Speed Sensor Connector.
C421 has both LR & RR sensor wires + (if installed the Elec Lock Diff wires)

C421 feeds upstream to the C408 Connector on the Left Frame Rail

Thus is what it looks like (the plug I had loose) on side of differential. I tightened it and cranked it and no codes. Got back in this morning, cranked it, and codes lol....
I'll keep going through it.

That is the connector for the locking differential. It shouldn't have anything to do with a wheel speed sensor. I think that you are disturbing other wiring to the speed sensor when you are unplugging this connector on the differential.

Only loose connection I've found.....And my wiring looks great, nothing frayed or unraveled etc. and every connection so far is good but that one. I'm ordering a Ford sensor today to try. Wheel bearing had no play and there's no noise from it. I do have slight vibration issue at higher speeds like I've seen people mention but it's minimal and probably AT tires but that's the only noticeable thing I can think of. I'm going to move toward the front of the truck on the wiring & double check it but it all looked great last time.

Sensors are a great safety feature but man, it's become overkill on automobiles and a constant problem.

Here is a wiring diagram and connector locations for the right rear wheel speed sensor.

Ok, well, the news isn't good......Found seals leaking this time. Pulled the sensor again and this time it had oil on it. After looking at things, I believe the axle might be bad. Will know for sure next week because I'm turning it over to the dealership.. But the good news is it's under warranty for the axle and all parts.

I believe the encoder is normal to be wet as the axle fluid flows inside the axle tube to the bearing and this is how (metal shavings) can work down the tube to the encoder ring from the flow of the gear oil.

Now if you have a (External - Leak) then the bearing is worn and allowing the shaft to wobble and it damages the seal, thus this wobble with also cause the encoder to rock vs only rotate.
If bad enough it will hit the sensor and create a wear pattern on the encoder teeth (sloped)

Slight leak I must have missed first time, so I'm leaving it with the dealership and using the warranty. I'm betting that's the vibration I'm getting too.
