Getting ready (very early) for some Fall maintenance. I like having things on-hand so I can do my oil changes when I have the time or if I’m just feeling inclined.

Oil filters and some cabin air filters arrived today. Oil filter choice? OEM for sure because you can’t go wrong. When it comes to leaf guards, I mean rodent nests, I mean cabin filters, I’m not as particular and decided to go with the cheap ones. I figure if I survived the era of T-handle operated side air vents, I’ll be just fine with these.

Now, I need to start paying close attention to the Canadian Tire flyer for a good sale price for full synthetic.

Etenwolf S6 air compressor and digital air gauge. Ready for anything now!

Bought one of those back in March from Amazon. Very nice unit....tested it out by letting air out of tractor tires and re-filled them, than let air out of a Ranger tire....pumped it back up to 35 psi in just a few minutes, and battery is still at full charge...
Think you'll like it.

The Brown Truck just dropped off my 23Zero Bushman awning, 90”x98”. Now gotta get a buddy to help me mount it to my Yakima Bars on the Ranger. Hoping to try it out within a week with an overnight in the Nantahala National Forest.

Got to try out the knee as well.

My Fender Flares arrived in today.
They are used, but in great condition.

Only issue is that it did not come with the hardware kit.
So ording one and in the meantime, ordered new fender flare edge trim as well since I'm planning to have the shop paint these to match the Carbonized Grey Metalic Paint to match my bumpers.

Mockins bed extender for 2 inch receiver hitch. Going to carry my kayaks and canoes this summer (in My Ranger of course, Pay no attention to that Jeep photo/Mockins advertising!)

It's actually one of the cheaper radios, but it seems to have all the features I'm looking for.

Hoping I get a chance to hook it up this weekend.

The included antenna is laughably bad.

So where would you shop locally for a proper antenna? Or is that something you'll have to order online?

I've ordered a "Ghost" or Stealth antenna online.

They are around $40 and supposedly work very well and have a low profile.

THIS is just a random one I pulled.

You need to get one with the mounting bracket type you want.
