here is a link to a drain and fill spreadsheet from an ambitious gent posted on BITOG . Need lots of ULV to get rid of all those contaminants. Similar to motor oil changes where some pick a mileage number to do a change (every 3k), whether or not the ATF really needs to changed at 30k miles is highly dependent on the way a vehicle is operated. Not in my current plans.Again, it isn't about the fluid. ULV is a very stout fluid all things considered. It is about getting the contaminants OUT of the transmission.
