Hey Marty,

Great video and pictures! Looks like the Nittos worked out great for you up there and you had a really good time. I wish we had more time in CO to hit those trails with the Ranger. We did them back in 2019 in a side x side and they were really fun.
Thanks Dave!

Drove up to the top of Yankee Boy Basin yesterday. Lots of washout. Video shows easiest of the tech parts. Ranger handled everything to the top where the Mt Sneffels trail begins.
Drove up and down the Ouray side of Imogene Pass today. Wonderful journey. Nothing the Ranger couldn’t handle. Lot’s of folks watching and commenting on its ability. Hope the pics and video post.

Picked Pepper up at the dealer, 16k miles and the Works pkg, $63.55, they gave me some kind of coupon I didn't ask for, or it would have been a little more. But I was shocked, by lightning...or Lightning. They had the e150 there, with dealer tags, I assume only for display and test drives. It looks pretty cool, but there is a LOT of aluminum in it, body panels and underneath! So maybe it is a Lighten-ing?
Other sites along the way, then went to Lowes to return the dead battery from my daughter's lawn tractor, for the core charge ($10). The customer service girl asked me "What is a core charge?"...haha
Then, in the parking lot I spent a good deal of time looking for the matching Under Armour slide, since it seemed my size. How could you lose ONE slide?? Next was the guy parked across from me, cutting down his 2x boards with a cordless circular saw, so they would fit in his non-truck hatch! As I was leaving I saw a disaster in progress, a guy loading plywood sheets on the roof of his Kia van, with one strap. Good Luck with that. Made me think Lowes is the new Walmart! OF course the highway to Lowes was under construction so I took a shortcut which went by a Dunkin, so now we are enjoying some iced coffee! Not all natural landscape I assume, someone really boogered up that area? Mining I assume...
Most of that landscape looks natural and they wouldn't be there without the road built by the miners.

Yeah, I get that, just noticed a lot of holes and piles of dirt and rock. And the lake, was wondering if it was a darn tarn, or dug out by humans? We have a lot of man made landscape here in NE PA from anthracite coal mining making the area look like the Russians invading Ukraine.
