If you have to use a gauge to measure degree of incline, what is the percentage you go, or don't go up the hill? (or just bragging rights?)
Myself after doing this a few times, I can estimate the climb…
Do it or don't do it, the ability(safety) to back down an incline if needed, or if I can go slow or if I have to momentum it. Dry loose, or slimey play in..
Going up steps or alternating holes are my wary zones…
Posi’s or lockers sure rule the off road!

Off-Road in 2wd with the rear locked in is a blast. I had more fun roosting the trails yesterday that I should be allowed.

today, I changed my step plate after the plow guy decided it was not damaged enough...soooo took me 1h30, followed ARB instructions on how to remove the step plate, did NOT remove the bumper since I didn't need to be careful with the clips. hardest part was to remove the plastic part from the bumper.. I have no clue how many clips was used but i'm glad I didn't need to be careful with it...

did the rear brakes last week (as posted) and this week had the time to get after the fronts. the dealer had been nagging me about the rears, but the fronts not so much. i took the front caliper off and saw the pads had loads of life left. 6mm on the micrometer. i decided to button things back up and hold onto the fresh new rotors and pads until more of the current brake parts had worn down some more.
pretty impressive. these are the factory pads and rotors at 80k miles on the front.
edit: i should note, all bolts, slider pins, and brake parts moved freely. no squeaks or squeals. the rust looks atrocious, but it's working well. life in the north.

well you know, from a guy who doesn't realy have manual skills beside intubating people and giving life saving meds, I think I did pretty good! didn't hurt myself, didn't throw away any tools...!! not too bad at all!

Finally decided to bite the bullet and learn some basic circuitry to install lights in the bed. Very happy with the result. However I get kinda annoyed with the AUX power shuts off after 30min, I think I heard there’s a FORSCAN setting to modify this?

The hookup with the dummy plug under the rear drivers side. It’s right next to the tire. I used the outlet kit from wolfhaus offroad

Ok, yes that is powered by Power Point Relay #2 it shares (Relay Power) with the Rear Console USB Charging Ports.
Separate Fuses - Fuse 17 (Cargo) & Fuse 29 (USB-Ports)
Power Point Relay #1 - Feeds the Front Console Ports (Cigar Sockets)
Separate Fuses for each socket - Fuse 10 (Left) & Fuse 16 (Right)
The Front (USB) Ports are powered from the FCIM
Ok, now for the timing - everything that is powered from the (Power Point) Relays have a setting for Max Time allowed before they will shut off power with the truck (off)
Factory Set To - 75-Minutes
Power Point Relay Power - Both Front (Sockets) Relay #1
Both Rear (USB's) & Cargo (Added Socket) Relay #2
The Time setting is adjustable as follows (Below) but if they are timing out faster (30-Minutes) then the battery level via the BMS is triggering a Load Shed if you have it set as factory (75-Minutes)
Only change the first block of the line: 1194-xxxx-xxxx
This is only a guide - you can change this to anytime you want in (Seconds = Decimal)
by converting (Decimal to Hex) and inputting the (HEX) here
Example: 60 Seconds x 75 Minutes = 4500 Seconds
4500 Seconds (Decimal) converted to Hexadecimal = 1194
I think the Forscan (Easy Menu) has some prepopulated times but if you want to adjust to specific times this is how you do it.
Note: There is not a separate setting for each Power Point Relay - it only covers (ALL) so when you set this - It's for all ports
