Got the harbor freight ones, they're bright, but very diffuse, good for lighting up a ditch close to the truck and not much else, these are the 3" LED version

It's honestly so much better(imo) than my ranger. I regret not getting it sooner if I'm honest.

The ranger actually gave me back problems, frontier's seats are so much better. Plush, supportive.
Non of that stupid adaptive shit in the transmission. It shifts consistently without clunking or hesitation.

Suspension actually behaves like a truck, not a truck and car hybrid; It's rough over bumps but it absorbs the potholes and doesn't bounce like hell over rough roads.

I could go on but I've been drinking and I'm sure I'll ruffle some feathers lol if I continue.
No regrets man, zero!

The sob turns like a tank though; heavy steering and the turn radius is pretty bad. I think my biceps are actually getting bigger since owning this thing.



And don't worry folks, Nissan cheaped out on the engine cover too!

edit: Oh, Nissan forums have auto censor...

Lol, I drove my 2010 11 years and put 243k on it. I loved the seats! Nissan seat guy knows his stuff. I road in my brothers 2011 yesterday and my comment was I like my Ranger but the seats suck ?

I do remember my Fronty having the worst turning radius I’ve ever seen. Seemed like I made a lot of 5 point turns ? I thought they would have fixed that on Gen3.

Yep, where I park at work ranger would sweep in fine and just back up. With the frontier I have to turn wide to get into the main parking lot and jack rabbit the steering wheel lock to lock, only to pull forward completely into the space in front to back in.


Waiting to pull my shoulder one of these days lol.

Seems Nissan has a problem with big turning radius in their autos, It is one of the few things I disliked in my 2003 Maxima... That and torque steer during hard acceleration,
