Hahah....Never had any issues with rats eating up covers in Guam. Guess because we have infestations of brown tree snakes eating them rodents....lol

Installed the ARB OME Leaf Springs. Pain in the ass as they do not provide instructions, and the short 4-5 minute video they have on YouTube doesn’t go into much detail.

Truck rear sits higher now as expected. Took it for a drive around the block and noticed I now have a shudder on take off. Never had that issue prior to the install. Reason for the swap is I generally have my rack/tent always mounted on my truck, and just recently purchased a small trailer for camping. You’ll notice that the supplied hardware does not take into account that Rangers have a spacer on the drivers side. So you’ll see that the nuts for the U-Bolts do not grab as much thread as the ones on the passenger side. I also noticed that the bottom leaf on the drivers side(+) is off center just a small amount.

I forgot to take measurements(ground to just under fender flare) prior to the install, so take these numbers for what they are worth:

Post Install:
Drivers Side(+)w/ Spacer 40 9/16th”
Passenger Side(-) 41”

Drove around the block a couple times and remounted Rigd Supply Spare Mount:
Drivers Side(+)w/ Spacer 40 3/8th
Passenger Side(-) 40 1/2”

Better ask my wife, She just took off with it shopping and she’s going to Bingo Tonight !

The Truck is higher and harder to get into, I ordered running boards with steps and I’m looking at a Bell Tech lowering kit as it’s too high and I don’t like the way the wheel wells fit the tires…I won’t change my Avatar because I’m a True 5G. The truck runs perfect, Bigger on the inside than the 5g and the large touch screen is nice. I have not got punched it yet, I will wait til 500 miles.

This is what I did to my Ranger today....added the tailgate applique along with changing the Ford oval to white/silver and covered the camera housing in Magnetic to match the applique.
