I washed the truck this morning.

It is ceramic so I hit it with wet coat as a topper and noticed the streaks this evening when I hopped in it... I'll have to use carpro reset again next time and hit it with something else...

And the more I look at the pictures the whole truck just looks like it had something smeared on it.

Luckily snow is in the forecast for tomorrow so I'll be washing the truck again within a couple of weeks. ?

Just added in my reconfigured J&L Oil catch can (from my 2017 Edge Sport, sent in and had it cleaned and re-done for the Ranger for $70) to my 2019 Lariat (man getting to that back fitting behind the manifold is... a PITA.), and the Trac Auto Folding mirror control box that folds in the mirrors when the car gets locked.

next up is doing some forscan work, and in about 1K (20K) miles doing the Trans, Diffs, transfer case fluid flush... then LMS tune :) I put about 1000mi on the truck in the last week and a half...

They sell complete harness kits, I opted out of the full harness so I could rig it to my Tremor's upfitter switches.

Bought the DT connector and other stuff I needed off Amazon and got it rigged up today.

It's very bright, brighter than expected. Picked it up on their President's Day sale for about $85. It bolted right up on my Ford Performance Bumper and the pre drilled holes already in place on the top.

This is just headlights and the top of the headlight beam is right in line with the top of the hill behind the car. The Lariat LED headlights are pretty bright on their own.

With the Lasfit light bar lit up. The ground and left/right peripheral areas are more lit up and the throw on the bar is pretty significant and focused. I think it's going to make a great off road supplemental light.

I'm going to be rigging up a single pole bus bar in my engine bay for the ground wires to keep things neat and organized as I add more accessory lighting.

Might try some Podlights next or some kind of led strips for the adventure rack.

I like my flood light pods on ditch light brackets. I use them on dark roads at night they are aimed more out than down because I want to see the roadside while driving.

On my subi I had spot lights on the ditch brackets pointed straight forward. And had a bar on the bumper. They made a good combo for dark Florida levees lighting up near and far.

I had the trailer brake controller installed. No more being limited to just 3,500 lbs!

Also adjusted the height of my bed rack.

Not sure if it is a coincidence or not but ever since the TBC install my auto window is not working for the driver window. ?

Edit: will try to reset my windows later today

You had a lesbaru? ???

Jk, I like that idea, honestly and am planning on something similar front and rear. A set of pods aimed outward at almost a 45 front and rear that I can light up when needed for supplemental lighting to the sides of the vehicle.

I'm also eyeing a set of 850nm pods for the front bumper on either side of the light bar for driving off-road under NV ?

LoL

It was even a forester. ?

Have you seen "chase in point" or something on insta or YouTube, he has a Toyota with ir pods and he does night driving under nv...

I am wiring up side lights on the bed - the rear corners aimed 45* out, and sides down and out to fill in the dark space between ditch lights and rear corner lights... The idea being I can run them while setting up camp or if I end up nighy driving on a trail...

I bet a rear facing light would be nice too...

I daw somewhere a guy who is making mirror mounts for the tacoma that use kc hilights Rock lights as puddle lights - 1000 lumen puddle lights. ? I might get bored and see if I can figure out if there would be a way to make a mount like that for the ranger... ?
