Interesting. wifey and I were talking about color and that pretty much matches the color we were considering. I am assuming that is exterior semi-gloss or I can get it in exterior semi-gloss?
It's interior semi gloss. No real reason to use exterior grade inside a garage unless you get a lot of humidity. Even then SW's good paints all have a mildewcide added to them

yeah but that is all I will use inside the house. Hired a painter to do a couple of rooms in my house and she suggested using the exterior semigloss. I was skeptical. but then she made a couple of comments about it being easier to clean, lasting longer, and wifey was on board so being the I don't really care let her do it. I was surprised and when it came time to paint the other rooms that is what we used. and I am now hooked. I think it looks better too. but that is just my taste now.

Well I've been professional painting for 40 years (99% interior) and I wouldn't use exterior paint inside but good luck.

You should never use exterior paint indoors. Exterior paint relies on sunlight to properly cure and off-gasses large amounts of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The fumes from exterior paint are much more potent than interior paint, which can cause respiratory problems or worsen existing conditions.

Should have specified exterior latex LOL! even that guys article says latex can be used inside or outside so not really too worried about it. the interior of my house has been done for 10 years or so .. no ill effects so far

I agree that oil based should never be used inside. When I was painting houses in the early 70s we had a house that the owner insisted that we use oil base for the ENTIRE inside of her house. Everything I ate tasted like paint for at least a week after we got done. it was horrible. got paid well for it tho.

Technically got my truck back last night, but I didn’t have time to post I was too busy driving around, listing to my new stereo. I’m stoked for this!!

And considering the demographic here I put on a song/artist I figure we should all be able to enjoy.

Here’s one a little deeper in the song, a bit more sound that shows.

Sounds great!

Doesn't matter exterior paints have high VOC's where interior paints are regulated. That's why you'll see interior paints labels either Low to NO VOC's. There are no oil based paints in CA anymore and hasn't been for many years. Like I said good luck because there's still going to be off gassing from any exterior paint. But what do I know after 40+ years of painting.

That really looks great! I went to their site but they don't have one that fits a Ranger with a Bak Revolver X4s. It's really odd because they show other trucks with kits to make it fit the X4s but their configurator thing says no. Probably worth a phone call now that I see how nice yours looks!

Great job!

Haven't been very active for a while, but it's spring and I'd like to keep telling myself it's the year to start camping with my son. So with that in mind, I finally got around to installing the Builtright molle panels in the bed of my truck... or one for now... a couple wrong parts made their way into my packaging. I emailed them earlier and I'm sure they'll make it right when they open Monday.

Probably going to pull it back out, gather everything I have to mount and figure out layout between both sides... but it DOES work with the side wall bedrug as long as you don't mind a few precision cuts with an exacto knife at the mounting points. My cuts weren't precise or clean, but yours sure could be. Much cleaner looking that way.

Wow, I love those tires on the steel rims!

What are they and what size? They'd look great on Soupie.

Man, they really look sharp on your black Ranger!

Hey thanks! They are 16” ranger steelies with Yokohama geolander l285/75 16’s. Much more sidewall than the 18’s that came on the truck. Plus way cheaper to replace if damaged playing on the rocks. Which I did to one of the 18” ones prompting me to run these. Plus I love steelies on like everything haha.
