Great idea on the detailing cart. Inspired me to do one too. Still organizing but it's a start.

Three year Rangerversary is coming up next week. I plan a big clean and detail day. :)

This crappy weather we are having is supposed to be better by then. We had graupel yesterday.

I have one just like yours but in a different color. Love it! Wow! That is beautiful, thank you for sharing. I am in need of a detail cart, time to get to work! Cool, thanks for the ideas! I'll have to find a cart to use. We use a small wheeled tool box. The top is cut and hinged open. It has a small tray insert to keep the small stuff from falling out. We have https://max-protect.co.uk/services/ a generous amount of detail supplies stored in it.

Replaced the factory dust catcher at 24k with a Wix.

I like the Motorcraft filter better. The orange bit that seals to the box is a type of foam on the Wix filter, on the ford filter it feels like a type of silicone or something.

Last night I came home tired and thick headed and scraped the side of the garage with my running board as I backed in. If not for that it likely would have been the side of the truck, so I'm thankful for that.
How best to cover that scrape mark, my friends?

It would be honorable had I done it doing truck stuff.
But I was just backing into my garage after a long day at work, which I have been doing for the last year and a half now.
I have no choice but to hang my head in shame and try to get rid of the glaring reminder of my ineptitude.

It did what it was supposed to do, protect the bottom/side....better it get dented or scratched than the sides or rocker panel.

Sorry about your scrape Chris but luckily it wasn't the side of the truck. Those Tyger running boards look like they're textured so you could mask the top off and spray them with something like this Rust-Oleum non skid spray. It's textured and made for touching up bed liners and was a perfect match for the sliders I had on my Jeep. It might not be a perfect match but if you do the whole face of it I doubt it would be noticeable.

Aha!
That's the kind of answer I was looking for. When I'm not working next, I'm gonna try and wash/brush the scrape deeply to see just how bad it is and then I'll probably do exactly as you suggest.
Thanks, Dave.

20% up front… I forgot how much better if feels to drive with tint on the front windows. Feels much more private. And I was the first guy there so I get to drive my truck today rather than wait several hours. Overall, stoked.
