What car/truck are you replacing with the new Ranger?

Replacing my 2005 Jeep TJ. Wife has a hard time driving the Jeep and we needed something I can flat tow behind our Motorhomes.

I had to do a lot of digging but here's a picture of my 2016 Tacoma that I traded in. Funny because I have so many pictures of my Ranger and I could on;y find 2 of my Tacoma. IIRC the only reason I took the picture was for the mountains and the wild Ocotillos out in the desert. lol

Replacing a 2016 Kia Soul EV that I've leased for 3 years. In fact, this will be my first gas vehicle in 7 years. Previously I leased a Nissan Leaf and a BMW i3. My needs have changed significantly where I need a truck, so the Ranger it is! I shopped every midsize truck on the market and settled on the Ranger.

Replacing a Ford Fiesta!

Ok, well sort of... that was my wife's car and she's getting my old Ford Escape. So for me, I'm replacing a Ford Escape which has actually been a really good car and I'm keeping it in the family. My wife is kinda funny though and has come to enjoy the handling of this little Fiesta. She said it really ripped around corners but the Escape feels like it might roll over. It's going to take some getting used to for her.

But for me this is my 2nd Ranger. I had a standard cab 2WD '99 years ago with a step style bed. Awesome truck. I put 200K miles on it before I moved on.

I have a 2016 Ford escape as my daily driver and it has been a great vehicle. I am trading my 2015 F-150 on for my 2020 Ranger. This will be my fourth Ranger
