I just finally received the bottle of these on Monday and hoping they help with my tinnitus. Annie is taking them too because she read they're good for her nails and also have helped others with leg cramps which she gets often. Looks like they're also good for blood flow which is never a bad thing as you get older and we're all for anything that helps your immune system.

They really didn't do anything for either of us. But to be honest we only took 1 bottle and sometimes you need to take these for a couple of months to let them do their thing. Annie found more relief talking this collagen she got on Amazon. Within a week she noticed a huge difference in her knees with a lot less pain and her nails weren't as brittle.

Yeah, I am already taking collagen. Helps my knees and nails. It's hard to justify spending money when you don't get results after an entire bottle.

I was the same when I to CBD, non THC for back pain relief. Pills, gummies, lotions, no help.
Admittedly, I have at times had a brownie (with THC) I made, because I know what's in it, and while the pain doesn't go away, my focus is no longer on the pain. I use sparingly, so I remain a cheap date. I know people who take daily, multiple times a day, and each day, it takes more than the last.
