I just finally received the bottle of these on Monday and hoping they help with my tinnitus. Annie is taking them too because she read they're good for her nails and also have helped others with leg cramps which she gets often. Looks like they're also good for blood flow which is never a bad thing as you get older and we're all for anything that helps your immune system. For those of you with ringing in your ears (tinnitus), you may want to try this stuff. I doesn’t help everyone, but it does help some. It reduced mine by about 60 percent. It took several weeks to show any effect, taking 4 tables a day. Now, I only need 2 a day.
Citrus Bioflavonoid
Music wise, classic rock and jazz. XM Classic Vinyl, Deep Tracks, Classic Rewind and BB King’s Bluesville.
Good deal. Take a bunch the first week or two (I took 4 a day and once I noticed some relief, I dropped down to 2 a day, 1am/1 pm) give it a few weeks to see if it helps. Exactly the reason I decline when asked. I won’t inflict my tastes on unsuspecting innocents. ?

….usually.

I always check out great guitar stuff on youtube and accidently found that. I must say I under appreciated Jeff Beck. I'd never heard of Beth Hart though.
He was a car guy as well.My wife and I saw Jeff Beck at Celebrity Theater in Phoenix just two months before he passed. He was always my favorite guitarist. He will be missed, but his music rocks on.
