Mine turned out to be the AC condensation. I was able to find it after exhausting every other avenue. After seeing the complex repair it would've taken to get this fixed I decided to deal with it my own way. I isolated where the water was dripping down and created a barrier on both sides, spray painted the metal so it won't rust. then popped a half inch hole on the lowest part of the floorboard where it pooled so it would drain out. Then I covered it with a piece of thin but rigid foam. I cut the padding out of the area with the foam and then recarpeted it. Thankfully it's been working like a charm. No more wet carpet.

I had a leak on my 2019 Lariat. After a rain I would find water on the driver side all weather floor mat. There were water drops between the driver door and dash. There was evidence of water running down the inside surface of the windshield in front of the driver. The interior lights would turn on and off while driving. Dealer body shop found a metal seam missing seam sealer. They applied layers of seam sealer and the leak has stopped. I found a number of rusted screws and fasteners under the dash as a result of the leak. My truck was produced in January or February 2019, so it was an early build.
