Spyshot of an experimental e-Ranger with four-wheel steering. Note the retractable cathode partially visible ahead of the rear wheel, used for continuous inductive power. Fractal sculpting of the lower rear door panels create a vortex surrounding the entire truck keeping it dust free.

Welcome back, Dave! I'm glad you're alright.

Thanks Chris! lmao This is why I waited a while to come back on here. I can laugh about this now that it's almost behind me but I wasn't in a good mood a couple weeks ago. ?

Thanks! Sorry to hear about yours too. When I first got out of the truck the lady that hit me keys saying "I'm sorry, I didn't see you". It wasn't until her loser daughter and SIL took her inside and the daughter came out accusing me. At the time I think that upset me more because it was so obvious by the damage but it's done and over with and life goes on. ?

I've been waiting for Sids comment about the new truck going...??? :bandit:
It sucks what some people have the audacity to claim. Back when I was in high school, I was riding my motorbike to school; it was a little 50cc, so I could ride on the bicycle/scooter lanes they have in Europe. In this case, it was side by side with the sidewalk, and close to a train station, so the commuters coming out of the station are flooding the sidewalk, and some are spilling over into my lane, so I'm trying to avoid them. In the meantime, some guy turning into his company's driveway hits me, and my bike ends up a little under his car (I did the "tuck & roll" to get out of the way). It's a good thing that we were both going real slow, otherwise it could have ended a lot worse for me.
Naturally, no one sticks around to be witness, and since it was my first accident, I was stupid enough to pull my bike out to check it over. I've got damage to both sides of the bike, from the car and ground, as well as a busted tail light, but it's rideable enough to go the last couple of minutes to school (we stuck it in the trunk of my mom's car to get it home).
Asshat claims that I ran into him, even though the front of my bike is the only part that's not damaged, and the only damage to his car is where my foot rest (enduro bike, so it's one of those metal ones with grip teeth) dug into his bumper as the bike went under his car. Unfortunately, he caused enough of a stink and no one stuck around as witness (this was also pre-cell phone camera era) that without proof, insurance decided to just split the difference and we both ended up paying for our own damage. I lost a lot of faith in humanity that day.

Thanks Kristina! While I'm upset and sad as I really loved the Saber color I'm ready for a new one and it'll fun (and expensive) modding it out again.

The owners manual huh, who'd have thought to read that? ?
Don’t worry, we will enjoy your Money Pit II ? project even if new truck will be white. Too much blue here lately anyway.
And as I am like a bookworm when it comes to OM, you can always just ask me to look things up for you ?

That's terrible and sorry you had to go through all that, especially at a young age. I just don't know why some just can't own up to their mistakes? It was clearly obvious by your bikes damage (like mine)it was the others persons fault. The lady who hit was was apologizing at first until her loser daughter and SIL got involved. Now this is what they'll teach their kids and we'll have another generation of losers breeding. ?‍♂
