Cheap aftermarket add-ons with the massive dealership markup. Go with a Tremor. That's what I have, and living in NW Montana I have zero issues in the snow. The Waldoch builds look like straight up mall crawlers barely a step up from Autozone Specials honesty. As the title suggests. I am wanting to buy a new Ranger, hopefully near the end of July. I have been shopping around and of course there was one Tremor locally I looked at before it sold. My wife insists on the pushbutton start, though it will be my truck as she has a 22 Bronco Sport. Dealers within a few hours drive have Roush's, Black Widows for acceptable pricing. I initially was looking for just Tremor's, but a dealer a couple hundred miles away has some Waldock Rangers, one I like is the 22 Rampage with the 3.5" lift and 33's. The price is inline with the others with the expensive packages. Part of what draws me to the Waldock is it is already set up nicely. The other reason is my wife of 40 years can be a PITA and does not share my love of doing my own customization, thinking that if I did not like it that way, why did I Buy it.
So, I am asking the brain trust here if anyone has experience with the Waldoch trucks, they seem pretty rare.
Thanks.
Looks like lots of cosmetic stuff. The only performance upgrade over stock is a 3.5" lift. Other upgrades to improve performance like upgrade bumper to integrated w/ bashplate, performance exhaust, 2.5" C/O's for the front are add on'sAs the title suggests.
