Basically, what size tire can I fit in there with what offset or back space wheel, 17 inch. 2023 Lariat FX4…. In 1 to 2 weeks I will be installing myself some camburg, upper arms, fox coil overs with reservoirs, which I believe are 2 1/2 to 3 inches. Trying to figure out what size tires could fit and what is the right offset – backspace. Thank you again. P.S. I did look at older posts and I did not find exactly my application, but close to it that’s why I am asking again and again thank you for your help..

Check Tires subforum, including stickies. I have no idea, btw or I’d tell you.

If you don’t want to touch crash bars I think you can do 265/70/17 on stock rims. If you want bigger 275/70/17 May work but rub on stock rims. You will likely need to modify crash bars. 285/70/17 and you are on a lift with modified or removed crash bars. Stock rims should still work but a +25 or +30 offset will help. I’m only regurgitating what I have absorbed from all the threads as I haven’t upgraded yet. I’m torn between tremor size at 265/70/17 and going 33’ish with 285/70/17

I know you’re looking to lift so stock max size is only part useful, but 255/75/17 fit. I have these, a true 32” tire with zero mods, zero rub. Skinnies are better performing in nearly every scenario.

I ran 285/70-17 Firestone Destination XT's on my 2019 Ranger with the Old Man EMU lift and all I had to do to the front crash bars was removed the plastic and push them forward a little. Only had rub at full lock. The moment I backed off of lock(1-2°) it wasn't rubbing.

First off, good call on installing those camburg upper arms and Fox coil overs. Those should definitely improve your ride's off-road capabilities. As for tire size, you can use tiresizescalculator.com to see what sizes will fit with your current setup, and what changes you'll need to make if you want to go bigger.
In terms of offset/backspace, that'll depend on the width of your wheels and the size of your tires. Generally, a smaller offset will push the wheels out more and give you a wider stance, while a larger offset will tuck the wheels in closer to the body. But again, it's important to choose an offset/backspace that works well with your tire size and suspension setup.

Thank you…………. After yesterday morning’s conversation with Fox with two different employees, I am not too impressed with their customer service at all. Wish I went with King shocks. Have past experience with them and they are local. Fox wants me to ship them to I believe Minnesota from California if I want them to do any work on them. I hope I can find some local shops that rebuild shocks that can work on them in case I need to modify them.
