Not sure why this shows up when I first enter the vehicle.
Not every time but it's happening too often and I have no idea why.

Out of curiosity, check the battery voltage reading before you start the truck either with voltmeter or using engineering mode. Ref: Charging Sys Full Description.
If I am correct the battery voltage is dropping below 11.5 Volts in Sleep Mode

Too bad this is happening - has the earmarks of a battery on its way out. It happened to me without much warning but that was the last thing I saw on my dash. Hopefully, you can get it to your dealer and have it checked before it has to be hauled to your dealer. :(

Welcome to the wonderfurl world of Ford setting the max battery charge in the BMS too low, killing our batteries. There are numerous threads on there about this. I upped my battery percentage to 90%, using Forscan, and have had no electrical weirdness since.

Okay so what is Forscan, where can I get it and how do I use it?

Looks like you're leaving the truck "on" when you're parking it.

R u still under warranty - if so maybe visit the dealer and get a new batt then fiddle with Forscan.

Assume that batman image on your front plate isn't functional ?

Good idea and no the Batman beacon won't work any more.

This is the lovely early signs of a failed battery. I had only had it happen after the encounter with Ground Beef and never had to worry about another thing on the truck. For you I say replace the battery with a brand you like or try to get it replaced under warranty if you are still within the 3 year 36K period.

You got a tow for a bad battery? Wasn't dropping in a new battery an option?

I've received this message many times but only when I've not driven her for a week...starts up fine and no issues after...

Yeah, it’s a bit of a story - was out of town at the cottage in my hometown - ready to head home on a Sunday night - no juice - called roadside assistance for a boost and figured I’d be on my way - he was having a bit of a time getting his booster pack hooked up, then it finally started but would immediately die after removing the battery booster. The roadside guy had to leave the battery booster attached to it to get it in reverse and back it out the driveway to his truck so he could load it up and take to the local Ford dealer. Turns out he torched that big 225A breaker/fuse on the battery. :(

He did the right thing and admitted to it being his mistake and the dealer had a new one by Tuesday, Ford warrantied the bad battery after testing it. In the end, I was back on the road and the tow operator likely made zero $ on that call - that fuse costs abround $250 CAD.

Small town - great service. It may have helped that the owner of the towing company is my aunt’s brother. :D
