Let’s see if I can do this without doxxing myself - Dave has already threatened to host a wrecker.

It’s a little unassuming and modest from the front with a bit of a Mad Men vibe. Best of all, the layout is perfect for Mrs. DukeCanBuildit. The primary bedroom, living room, dining, room, kitchen and den are all on the main level with a balcony off the living room as well as the bedroom. There are some helpful accessibility features, which was a welcome surprise, the double garage is 25’ x 20’, and there is a 10’ x 12’ garden shed out back. There’s a hot tub and outdoor kitchen on the lower deck and a flagstone seating area with a fire pit in the backyard, overlooking the river.

but it’s really a bit like a mullet - business in the front…party in the back!

It has a great kitchen…

It’s on a ravine, overlooking a river, so there are amazing views, especially from the dining room…

Living Room is cozy with a similar view…

There’s a walkout basement with a rec room…

and the bathrooms are a bit fancy…

It looks pretty sharp at night too…

Your first mistake was texting me the full listing the other night! Now me and Larry @Blue Streak have plenty of time to plan out fall home wrecking party. Yes, I still have all those pictures from my last 2 trips so remember it's payback time.

Seriously, congratulations on getting a really nice place! like I told you the other night I'm super jealous of that kitchen and game room/man cave. But don't worry I'll be making myself right at home once you close. ?
