SVC Offroad Baja Light Bar

I'm curious if they would part with the blueprint. Would be nice to know the exact dimensions and angles for the brackets, so we don't have to reinvent the wheel. For the bar you could do whatever you wanted. I was thinking an extruded aluminum bar that you could mount lights in the t-slots.

Bump from the dead. Have been googling the past hour or so on this exact type of product, and this thread came in one of the results. Just emailed SVC and they in fact discontinued it with no plans for resurrection. Looks like I'm fabin my own. Shouldn't be that hard

Here’s the one I built for myself. 1 5/8 .083 tube, .125 tabs, .188 mounting plates, 100% 4130 chromoly, and tig welded. A little overkill but I work in motorsports so I have more scrap chromoly than I have stock of mild steel lol

Nice welding. I wish I had seen this before I began my "lighting" project. I would have gone in a totally different direction.

Within the next week I should be ready to rip. Just finished up drawing the fixtures, time to cut them out and build one to make sure everything is bueno
