2019 XLT Supercab that I use almost exclusively towing a teardrop camper. I am about to get a DC-to-DC charger that I will install inside the cab to charge a lithium battery, also inside the cab. I have 2 100 Ah LiFePO4 batteries for the camper and already keep one safely strapped in the cab. Might as well charge it there.

Can someone recommend a Start/Run relay location inside the cab (preferred) or under the hood (hot while running, not when engine off). The charger can use this to only charge while running. Note the XLT has the almost useless (to me anyway) inverter with the AC plug. Guessing it has this but I have not exposed it yet. Thanks.

the inverter that comes with the truck is 150W, I ask what can you do with that? LOL
maybe a trouble light or laptop, but since I dont always need 110v a lot, I have a box I can put in if I need to run tools ...
I cant see anything below 1500W being very useful? and that wont even run some tools, now days you can get a 2200W even larger pretty cheap, the biggest part of that setup is a Lifepo4 Battery $$$
If I need more than that I have a 6600W generator I can toss in the bed that cost less than one battle born battery :)

Are you talking about a key-on fuse to tap for a 12v trigger for your charger? I don’t know how a in vehicle DC to DC charger is set up.

Yes … not the fuse part … but a place to tap a line that is hot when the key is on (called Start/Run I believe). The charger has an input for that. It will not charge the output (accessory) battery unless the line is hot.

I would use a fuse tap to tap into a 12+ ignition-on source in the fuse box under the steering wheel. That’s what I used for my audio amplifier for the trigger.
