They're really nice in person. They look great in pics but I'm pretty impressed with the fitment and quality in person
Definitely! Just unpacked them. The finish is perfect. :like:

Does Shrock have bad customer service? I emailed them twice and have yet to receive a reply...

No I’ve met the guys and they’re fantastic. I can tell you that they’ve been having email issues they’re sorting out. When I was communicating with Justin about the group buy, there were emails I sent that never made it to him due to those issues. You’re likely better off to call them for the time being.

Thanks for the reassurance...I'll call them Monday for my ETA:like:

I received my sliders this past Thursday - a notice from the delivery company (arrived on a semi!) came by email, with nothing from Shrockworks itself. The semi was too big to back up to my driveway, so the driver and I slid the heavy carton box onto the Ranger, and I drove it home. I broke out the sliders right in the Ranger's bed - two of them together was too heavy for me to move. Nice quality stuff! I plan to install them sometime this coming week.

Anyone missing hardware? From what I can see it looks like I was shorted a few pieces. I'll call tomorrow but I'm kind of bummed because it's actually dry today. ☹

What the heck are those rusty hardware?!
Yeah... That was the other thing I wasn't super impressed with. The bars themselves are beautiful though. Lol. :sunglasses:

the stick nuts have to be bare steel so the nuts can be welded onto the sticks. They go inside the frame so it shouldn’t be an issue...

That's what I figured when I saw the welds but I would think they would possibly rattle can them for initial aesthetics.

Those backing plates were in another bundle of stretch wrap for me
That's what I figured. Hopefully I can find them in the box at work tomorrow. I thought I dug through it enough but maybe not.

I just received my delivery! They arrived in Denver on the 4th and the home delivery side took forever! Hope to throw em on this weekend. Haven’t opened the box yet...
