Of course, I had to check my seat for wear and there is none. I also noticed that my seatbelt clears the side bolster completely.

After looking at some of the pics in this thread, it seams the further back your seat is (mine is all the way back), the less likely you are to have this problem. If your seat is placed far forward, your seat belt’s gonna rub like the tires and crash bars on a Tremor.

I'm 6' and seat is positioned back...also, the belt would ride higher when wrapped around my 32" waist...even higher if you have a beer gut...

Hmmm, I’m the same dimensions. ? Maybe it’s the seat belt anchor position or seat rail anchor position on a Scab vs. a Screw.

I'm gonna start drinking more beer so I'll be ok when I receive my Ranger :)

All kidding aside, glad you posted this so we're aware (from day 1 in my case)

Have just a small spot. Looks more like a dirt spot but to head things off at the pass, I added this.

Don't even get me started on Ranger seat quality! I've posted this before, but I would have paid more for higher quality seats when I purchased without batting an eye. I have what Ford calls "leather". Of course Ford did this to save costs and keep sales prices lower. But why not give buyers the option for better seats?

Anyway, I looked at mine. I have 34K and I can see very slight wear on that spot Sid pointed out, hard to even see in this pic... seat position may have something to do with this

My bigger gripe is the weird colors showing up in the stitching here:

I wear jeans most of the time and I know some of the jean color can come off on the seat, and I have been able to clean that off. This is something else that looks to me like the die in the stitches themselves is discoloring the seat! I've tried the products below with no luck getting this to go away!

She probably sits further forward that you
Actually, this design has the belt anchor traveling with the seat and the relationship remains constant keeping the belt from contacting the bolster...
