AND somewhere, there is a Ranger with 3 ht and one at tire............

So glad i caught it before taking delivery. My wife and the salesperson had to be convinced they were different. Can you imagine trying to explain that a week or two later when i checked the tires or washed it?

Just picked up my new Ranger from the dealership! The Ford tracking website still showed in transit with an expected delivery date of July 15th when I got the call from the dealership that it had arrived (yesterday).

Just checked the order tracker. Delivery date has changed since Friday. It was 7/21 now 7/14

Mine originally was scheduled for delivery 7/14 (according to the tracker). It ended up showing up to the dealer yesterday, so here's to hoping that the entire schedule has slid forward 2 weeks!!!

It was turned over to the shipping company 2 days ago, but it's still at the assembly plant.

I think the shipping part was the hardest part of waiting for me. You'd think it would go relatively quickly, but shipping is pretty pokey - and has LOTS of delays and just sitting and waiting.

@Pioneer74 helped me SO much during that period. I am in your debt, sir and can't thank you enough for what you do for everyone here.

I am especially finding the long delivery time puzzling. When I ordered my '15 Escape, it was built on 1/12/15 and dropped at the dealership on 1/16. It went by truck from the Kansas plant to Geneseo, IL which is only 50 miles less than coming from Wayne.

I don't understand it either - it took mine 21 days to get to Portland from MAP - and of that 21 days, 10 days was spent just sitting - not moving. I'd guess your delays are related to it sitting, not moving - but why is a mystery to me.

Received mine on Friday (it was delivered to the dealership on Thursday though). It was born last Friday and originally scheduled for delivery by July 5th.

Though it did have to go to the mod center for the tonneau cover and keyless entry pad after it got built. And I literally picked up it from the dealership across the street, so it really didn't have far to go.

Danger........bringing you up to date on my Ranger. On 3/15 I ordered a Ranger, last five 46666. It took longer than expected (surprise!) including a train breakdown in Buffalo. Was talking to my dealer and saw one on the lot I liked better. On 6/18 I bought 52198. Love it. 46666 came in a few days later, nice truck but so glad that train broke down!
