Hello all, new member and new to aftermarket mods! I'm hoping to get some clarity relating to the rough country front bumper: Front Bumper | Ford Ranger 2WD/4WD (2019-2023) | Rough Country

Skid plate - From the product photo it appears to reuse the OEM skid plate but when I messaged the support chat they could not recall what was done. Their install guide does not mention re-mounting the skid plate ( 921075900.pdf ). I did find one one other thread on this site with a user (Dennis64, appears inactive) photo showing an install with what appears to be the OEM skid plate: Rough Country Front Bumper | 2019+ Ford Ranger and Raptor Forum (5th Generation) - Ranger5G.com

1. Is this Rough Country Front Bumper compatible with the OEM skid plate? (That would be ideal to me)

The other area I was looking for some additional advice on is a front winch. I cam across this hidden mount design from 589: Hidden Winch Mount (2019-23 Ranger) – 589|Fabrication

2. What space is available between the Rough Country Front Bumper and the engine/radiator? Would there be sufficient space to fit a smaller/low profile winch inside? (Would have to remove the bumper's included light bar, I'm also fine with designing/fabricating custom brackets and running some FEA to verify structural integrity)

FYI I have a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT, all stock except the rear bumper (already swapped to the Westin). I do not have adaptative cruise control so no need to worry about that conflicting with and potential front mods
