Robert Duvall Passes At 95

Another great actor Robert Duvall had passed at the age of 95. He starred in so many great movies like The Godfather, Apocalypse Now & The Great Santini and some smaller ones like Gone In 60 Seconds and Days Of Thunder. I thought he was really funny in Gone In 60 Seconds where they were trying to hide the heroin that fell on the ground behind the old Cadillac from Detective Castlebeck by revving up the engine to blow it away. lol I've never cared much for Hollyweird but he was a really great actor and seemed like a good person who just kept things to himself unlike some...Uhem, De Niro. RIP Robert!

True Grit filmed at multiple locations in SW CO - owl creek pass, ouray courthouse, last dollar road near the dallas divide. Owl Creek Pass and the surrounding area has some noteworthy rock formations, hunted elk there one Oct and will always remember a big windstorm rolled in, the canyons of the Cimmaron Rivers extend way back to the San Juans and it would be still and quiet one minute, then several minutes later you could hear big winds winding up in the canyons and flying down uprooting trees.

Clint is probably my all time favorite actor! I think him and Keith Richards will be around until at least the next ice age. lol
