Hello everyone,

I have been searching, but cannot find the part number for the cable that connects to the pre-fuse box on the positive terminal of the battery. Does anyone know the part number or have a link to purchase?

Long story short, I was replacing my battery. I had some unwanted help from an auto store employee and he ended up breaking the red clamp that locks the connector piece of plastic in place.

As of now, it stays connected but I’m worried that it will fail with time. Photo below for reference. Thanks in advance for any help!

If you go to OE Ford Parts.com, enter you veh info, it looks like that cable is an integrated part of the entire positive cable system, and that runs almost $300 bucks.

Thanks for the info. I’ll look into it.

I would have a talk with the store manager and see about grtting them to pitch in for that unwanted help so they can pay the unwanted bill

If you are talking about this (Circled) - this is for the Power Steering Control Module. Connector # 1135E

This should get you close to what you need. The Wiring Diagram is not that specific on this connector.

I'm sorry I can't be more help

I suggest asking Benny or visit a Ford Parts Counter, as they will be able to pinpoint down deeper than I can with just the Wiring Diagrams
