??

? IIIII want a FitzStick for Christmas!
Only a FitzStick will do!
I don't want a B&M, no dinky Tinkertoy.
I want a FitzStick to play with and enjoy!?

Thanks for the PM and I'm happy to have my order placed for the V2 stick. Looking forward to posting my install so Santa can check my oil on his way out the door.

I saw that but didnt see above photos before I posted So I didn't want to assume that if they say it opens to one inch that There's enough play there that'll get you that 1 1/16 .
Also, on the solid jaw part, no reason, if your good with a grinder, you couldn't "open" it up another 1/8 inch.....
I have a number of tools that over the years I've "altered" to fit the job I was doing.

My experience with adjustable wrenches?...They're great for slipping and rounding off bolt heads no matter how tight you have it down...maybe it's just me...

You do know there is a correct direction to use an adjustable wrench. Always turn it towards the adjustable jaw. Not away from it. And. Always have the nut fully seated in the wrench.

Still more confident with a fixed wrench...I only use adjustable for over sized nut and to gauge what size a wrench I need lol...

Of course I talk to mine.....garaged, and at nite, tuck Truck in with a nice warm quilt, make sure all fluids are topped off, read a story, say nighty nite, and leave a nite light on......

Will it be a "use just once" tool? ?

Well....I don't HATE Amazon. It's point...click...add to cart...purchase and then wait for delivery.

We are all getting lazy. Otherwise I would've stopped by the Sears tool department. Yes, I know Craftsman is at Lowe's now. I go to Lowe's and I'll end up leaving with more than the tool I need.
