Yes actually, but the instructions cover some very important points, the absolutely most important one is:
DON'T PINCH THE SMALL WIRE LOOM BETWEEN THE ENGINE BRACKET AND THE DIPSTICK BRACKET. (yes i'm yelling)
Because in the 100 or so times I put it on the truck, I pinched it, truck will start, that's all it will do, usual deal, I was in a hurry, truck had been apart all day, I wanted to go to dinner, slapped it on, started the truck, then started cursing.
The second most, I guess would be how you feed it down the back of the engine.
The third would be making sure it is positioned correctly over the back of the engine.
The rest is very basic.
