Remote start question

I've got a question about using the fob to remote start your truck. Once you've started the truck can you remotely stop it if you changed your mind? Seems like the only way is to go to the truck and insert the key and cycle the key to turn it off. Tried using Ford Pass but no go. It will only turn it off if it was turned on using Ford Pass. The app doesn't even acknowledge it was started by the fob.

Any ideas? Am I missing something?
