You can force close the app and then reopen it and it should work fine. Mine usually will say the truck is still running when I open it later in the day, but after force closing and reopening, it works fine. No need to restart your phone.

As others have said, it happens sometimes. I’ll have days where my truck turns on with no issue, and sometimes the truck wont while I’m standing less than 10 feet from it. I would say 98% of the time my truck has started in my three years of ownership.
