Took my Ranger on a road trip for Christmas and found that when I got over 70mph I have a shimmy of sorts in the body. Enough to shake the passenger headrest. Felt speed dependent and when I got home I noticed that there's some light cupping going on with my right rears. At first I was thinking I had a tire balance issue but then I went back and looked at the alignment specs from November when I had a 2" level put on the front (results below). Can't find a spec for what the rear toe should be but this seems like it's way out. Can anything be done with this?

AFAIK, there are no adjustments for rear wheel alignments. It's a solid axle back there. It could be possible that the axle is not square with the truck, but I'd expect the left tire to be out of alignment also.
I'd suggest checking lugs on that side, and even removing the wheel to be sure there isn't anything between the wheel and hub. Another to check is rear spring bushings, axle shackles, and springs themselves.

Take it back to where it was aligned. They are responsible for the work they did. Even with a solid rear axel they reference the rear (which is done with a thrust angle alignment) when they align the front and should have been able tell if there was an issue and advise what needs to be done correct the issue.

The rear axle toe cannot be adjusted as mentioned. Possible bent wheel or axle. Or just a bad alignment machine (head dropped) not calibrated. I would recheck on another machine. If only the right rear tire is cupping it would be worth investigating.

Also have them check the spring bolt that holds all the springs together. I have the same issue after the dealer did the spring shims to try to correct the shake of the drive shaft..
