Out of the 10+ Rangers we’ve aligned at work, not one was in the red or close to being out of spec. All were 2.5-3.5” level/lift. Also just because a vehicle is in spec tolerance (green) doesn’t mean it’s aligned correctly.

I see it says the same thing my alignment sheet said "except Tremor" I wonder what the difference is, the dealer aligned my Tremor to non Tremor specs, except I requested as close to zero camber as possible as I tend to be hard on the outside edges of the tires.

You need upper control arms.

Tremors are already 2" lifted, so depending on your size of extra lift, you probably are out of camber adjustment.

Gotcha, I installed a 2" front level from Ford Ranger Lifts.

That is the issue. You need UCAs.
So UCAs are definitely out of the budget at the moment... besides wearing the front tires unevenly, will running as is seriously fuck anything up? She's a pavement princess and I live like a 1/2 mile from work so it's going to take me years to see any uneven wear ?

I'm still curious if the first alignment was anything more than a toe setting correction. Take a look at the camber and caster adjusters on the lower control arms and see if they even touched them. May just need a more complete alignment.

Ok I'll get under there and take pics later. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but this is a bit out of my area of expertise ?

For the street you will be ok. Will just have premature tire wear, but with your short drive, it will be ok.

Offroad the UCA will be a limiting factor with that level.

That small amount of camber is not going to excessively wear your tires if you keep up with tire rotations. Camber wear is gradual, it's toe that chews up tires

Well, the good thing is their machine seems updated enough to know there is a Tremor model out there, but if you really have a Tremor, that means he aligned it to normal Ranger specs and the Tremor is slightly different. I already had 1" wheel spacers but got the 1" level and went to get it aligned despite feeling good.

Short story:
Point out you have a Tremor. Have them redo it or go somewhere else.

Long Story:

I had a HELL OF A TIME finding a shop that actually had 2021 Tremor specs in their system. Spent too much time calling places. First place had it and their alignment tech seemed to know his stuff but they warned me their sensors are too close to the rack and sometimes the have issues with trucks. So sure enough, got readings but once they lifted the sensors lost communication.

Firestone said they had it, nope, got my specs and it was 2020 specs plus the steering wheel was WAY off center, comedic how bad it was.

After calling several places, a hot rod shop recommended a place, went there but again, steering was off. I asked them to fix that, they got it way closer but I just gave up at that point because I figured maybe I am being picky. Did a road trip towing and the Ranger seemed to wander. We deal with wind but was not windy.

Threw in the towel and took it to my buddies shop in CA. From Vegas to Inglewood! It is just an alignment, not sure whats wrong with these shops. The very popular Vegas alignment shop was 2 weeks booked and I wanted it fixed sooner.

Took it to my buddies shop, he dialed it in perfectly. Drives GREAT again. Plus while there, somehow some BFG K02 285/70/17 made it onto the vehicle...somehow lol

Threw in a pic of his Ranger for good measure lol
