RB20 installation - what am I missing?

Just got the RB20 Slims...

Is this how the boards attach to the brackets? I didn't get any other hardware and was thinking there would be some type of metal bracket to sandwich inside the board... if this is how they attach, they're going back.. this is a crappy design.

Please let me know if yours are the same or if I'm doing something wrong, nothing else in the boxes.

Looks like you are missing the pieces that go in the channel.

Per the instruction manual there should be a u channel that the bolt goes into...

From the pic, yes you are missing the U-Channel, I just installed this set 2 weeks ago

Somehow you just wouldn't think it'd be that hard to put all the appropriate stuff in the boxes.
Good help is very hard to find anymore.
