At first everything was working properly but few months ago radio got stuck in AM, no sound in speakers (all the warning sounds comes from the dashboard), can’t change chanel from am to fm. Everything else works fine, starts play music from Spotify (the screen works properly) but no sound. When searching radio signal it shows 0. Car was in dealer and they did everything (took of battery, check the fuses, did wide problem search in synch, updated the synch, send messages to Ford team who replied that they have never heard problem like this). I took out control module and opened it and everything seemed to be fine (no water, dust etc). All the wires where ok that connects to the module.
Anyone else who has this kind of problem? Would be nice to use Bluetooth when speaking on the phone and listen some good old rock n roll! Thanks!

That is a different issue than I have heard before. Someone may be along to help that knows about ROW Rangers.

A friend of mine has a 2013 Flex that has had her audio control module fail and no longer has sound from the speakers. It appears to be a common issue for the Flex, and I would like to know if the modules are similar in these trucks, as many of the interior pieces closely resemble each other. I am willing to bet that your solution would be a new module, unfortunately, but I am not an expert, so definitely do a proper diagnosis.

Is this the B&O system with the AMP?

It has an amp but there’s no mentioning if it is B&O made system. Would bad connection or broken amp cause this kind of problems?

I would pull the passenger cabin fuse for the entertainment system. The Rangers have varying issues with the entertainment centers and usually pulling the fuse and resetting everything fixes them. I would start with Fuse 5, a 20 Amp Fuse for the Audio System and Fuse 15, a 10 Amp fuse for the SYNC Module Data Link Connector.

Since it is unknown what the dealer actually did as far as T/Shoot. To me the issue lies withing the ACM (This is the radio Head-Unit) as we would know it from older stereo upgrades.
You should have some kind of code generated for the ACM - APIM or DSP (Amp)

BCM - Fuse 33 feeds the ACM, from the ACM you have a (Data-Bus) cable feeding audio signal back to the (DSP) Amp.

I would do a Self-Test (Reset) on all 3 of the modules to see which one is shutting the system down.
Since you are losing (Station Data) and (Audio) I would look at the ACM as the root cause, as Spotify (Input) is from the (APIM) Sync system. I am surprised the dealer could not diagnose this issue as using Live Data PIDs, you can view if the ACM is getting power or an issue with the (A2B) Data (Digital Signal) feeding back to the DSP

Without a Scan tool, you can try: Pulling & Checking the Following Fuses (Granted these are for the US Version Ranger) the ROW may have them located differently
Fuse 33 (ACM)
Fuse 31 (APIM) Sync
Fuse 12 (FCIM)
Fuse 5 & 20 (DSP) Amp

Plus pull and reseat all connectors on the (DSP) amp behind the rear seat and since it appears you have the dash apart pull and reseat the connectors on all (ACM-APIM-FCIM).
If none of the above fixes the issue, then it needs scanned for a code or Live Data views to see and isolate where the issue lies and then wiring checks with a meter.
