From everything I've gathered as well as dimensions and suspension geometry the bronco is a Raptor minus fox shocks and I believe weaker arms but same length. About the only difference I have seen is top hat is 2 inches taller to allow for 2 inch longer shocks. BTW new bronco Raptor parts will not fit I believe it's using a single cab short bed f150 frame with f150 raptor components.
The chassis mounts on the current Aussie Raptor are not the same as Bronco, but the US Ranger uses the newer setup. The Bronco control arms should fit US current Ranger. Aussie Raptor uses the version 1 chassis mounts in the front.

Bronco Raptor will not be F-150 based. That's a completely different platform and would be monumentally stupid of Ford (the engineering cost would be phenomenal). It'll ride on the same T6.2 platform as the new Ranger, new Ranger Raptor, Bronco and new Everest.

From what I've read on the raptor bronco as well as a few spy shots arms look exactly like f150 I've read it's using a ford 9.75 rearend same as f150

The arms may look similar, but they won't be. And the same goes for the rear axle, the Bronco may use a similar rear end but it likely won't be as wide as the F-150 Raptor.

Welp got upper control arms they are 1 inch longer and I've stated mount in same location. When I measured out the lower control arm they were same mounting location, but they were 1 inch longer, mounting location of the m210 is same as m190. Shocks even will mount similar except they locate 2 inches higher. Pretty much if you look where the top hat ends on ours the bronco sits flush with control arm unlike the ranger where the top hat is below the control arms. So yes the m210 is a viable option to do a locker, with gears, and a longer amount of travel

sorry I've been watching bronco6g forums for this. I guess they're having issues themselves swapping from m190 to the m210 do to pcm issues and only work around so far is leaving the passenger side axle tube intact with sensor staying intact or pcm deactivates 4x4. They stated that they've spoken to ford in regards to this. ford stated that they are working on a fix since that was one of broncos selling points that you can slowly upgrade whatever you wanted to just using off shelf parts. Also would seem that if not going with a m210 option a easy swap for a regeared assembly would be to pick up a Bronco m190 carrier theyre about 500 bucks and can reuse many parts and wouldn't require fabrication of any sorts.

I didn't think the Bronco m190s would have a different carrier, and I didn't think they came in anything but 3.73, and haven't seen any ring and pinion kits for them either.

Sorry I hadn't seen this. You can choose up to a 4.46 m190 carrier from a Bronco it's same in addition you can now purchase a dana m210 front axle that is a direct swap for broncos and rangers can be purchased in most any gear set and is sold on bronco buster. They posted a video from dana where they even sat can be used on either platform

So, what's the consensus on the Bronco M190 being a direct swap to the Ranger or not? I don't really need to go up to the M210 and all I'm looking for is a gear swap. I found what looks to be the Spicer open 4.27 M190 assembly for a pretty decent price. That would be a way cheaper alternative than the M210 for me. Then matching the rear would be cake.

I have been watching the FDU from Dana pretty closely and they say this mount needs to be rotated 180 for the Ranger. Has anyone actually taken a M190/210 from the Bronco and tried to mount it up? Dana actually makes their mount rotatable for this reason. I'd love to buy a M190/210 from someone doing the FDU upgrade and just use OE hardware with better gears.

Everything I've read on pirateoffroad forum, bronco5g forum and just some general digging through manuals its the same as long as it doesn't have the fdu. The dana one is pretty much a stock m210 with bigger stronger case and direct swap for both ranger and bronco. Now if you don't care so much to going into a m210 which is like a 8.8 vs the 7.5 we have then just go to ford direct parts and get a carries off a base bronco with m190 in the gear set that are available theyre like 560 remove and use your old tube by doing so you'll save like 600 dollars. I believe the largest m190 gear you can get is 4.27

Has anybody done the control arm swap yet? It seems like the best option for my 2019 FX4. I don't really need the stronger front dif though, will probably just buy lengthened axles. Most aftermarket UCAs seem to be sold with different ball-joints depending on aluminum or iron knuckles. It looks like the pics show an iron knuckle on the Bronco. So I'm quite curious if the ball-joints can just be swapped for an aluminum knuckle Ranger.
