Well, there is a new engine on order from Ford, but i have had an explanation of what happened.
They said there is lots of metal in the oil filter though, so I asked them to make sure none of that metal made it's way into the turbo.
I'll try to keep you all updated.
Let me ask you all one more thing.
When you take the oil fill cap off while the engine is idling.... does it make a different sound?
I wanted to see if i was getting ring blow by, so I took the cap off, and deep exhaust sound came out. No smoke or anything, but definitely a low tone sound.
I haven't had a chance to look closer, but in watching the video with a metronome, seems that it's knocking at around 450ish bpm.
If it was rod know, wouldn't you hear the noise at the same rpm as idle? Seems like it is knocking at half the idle speed.

Xmas even night, I heard a slight ticking sound when at around 3k RPM.
Checked the oil and other than being a touch low, it looked fine.
Topped up the oil and thought it may have been bad gas, so I filled with 94.

Yes the drainage for the cover.
The Retrax comes with 2 tube that are supposed to go through the plugs on the bed, but I would have to drill those holes in the cover to line up with the plugs. Just not sure where to do that
Sorry if this has been covered, but does anybody using a retractable tonneau with a drop in bedliner, have pictures of where they drilled for the drainage tubes?

I didn't think the Bronco m190s would have a different carrier, and I didn't think they came in anything but 3.73, and haven't seen any ring and pinion kits for them either.
